Guardian Home Health Care

1.) OCCUPATIONAL CARE/CARE GIVING:
In this service, we aim to help each family who have difficulty doing daily activities and mobility. Our occupational care giver can assist you with getting around your home, getting dressed, bathing, meals and diet, mobility, vital signs checking, etc. We also facilitate patients in learning to perform daily tasks safely based on their abilities. We empower those who adapt to cognitive or physical changes or recover from an injury to maintain their independence in their everyday lives by aiding them with daily activities.

a) Personal care- assist with the activities of daily lives (ADLs)- eating, bathing, getting dressed, toileting, transferring and continence.
b) Night care- care provided through the night to assisl with toileting or nursing needs, prevents wandering, and reduce fall-risk.
c) Visual sign monitoring- keep track of your loved one’s health as our care pros help to record temperature, pulse and/or blood pressure readings
d) Medical escort- accompany and facilitate transport from/to home and medical appointments, scans, and treatment visits


2.) NURSING CARE:

In this care service, our licensed local nurses can save you and your loved ones a trip to the clinic and hospital. Receive simple and complex nursing procedures such as tube, stoma, and wound care in the comfort of your home. Our nursing services includes:

a) Vaccination: get vaccinated at home and stay safe from infectious diseases.
b) Post-surgical care: is critical and includes pain management & fluid management.
c) Urinary catheterization care: assist you with the process of Urine catheterization care at your home, be it catheter insertion, catheter removal or bladder wash.
d) Wound dressing: assist in handling varied types of wounds and will accordingly provide appropriate wound care for a faster recovery.
e) Oxygen administration: in both acute and chronic conditions like trauma, hemorrhage, shock, breathlessness, pulmonary disease and more.
f) Injection: save yourself the trouble of travel and long hospital hour for a minor process like injection administration or IV infusion.
g) Chronic conditions care: managed or treatable conditions like diabetes, cancer or degenerative disorders; our nurses will help your loved one retain as much independence as possible as they receive aid in dailytask.
h) Hospital discharge care: we provide assistance with after surgery care as needed.

ELDERLY CARE: Elder care means getting the right elder care for your loved ones is important. Considering the family‘s emotional, mental and physical well-being, we offer a personalized care.
